Hey, I'm Dan. I've spent 20 years building tech products. A while back I gave an AI agent the keys to my family's tea business — scheduling, compliance, sales reports. Five weeks in, my dad is training it on more complex workflows.

Now I'm building tools for others to do the same — starting with Lobster, a meeting copilot that brings your OpenClaw agent into the room with you.

⚠️ A note on security: AI agents are powerful but still early. Be careful — there are real risks around data access, permissions, and mistakes. We're figuring this out too.

Now our whole family runs on agents. I work with Fugu. My dad with Camellia. My wife with Sunny. My sister with Yuli. We talk to our agents more than we talk to each other.

I'm also building an AI brand agency with Assaf Dagan called Curious Endeavor — applying the same playbook to creative work.

Other business owners are starting to do this too. A community is forming — and everything we learn goes into the guide.

How to make them work with existing tools (WhatsApp, Slack, email)
The real risks — security, over-automation, and things that should stay human

What is OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is an AI agent that handles real business operations — ordering, reports, scheduling, follow-ups. It started as Clawdbot, then became Moltbot, and now it's OpenClaw.

What is Clawdbot / Moltbot?

Clawdbot and Moltbot were earlier names for what's now called OpenClaw. Same tech, same team, new name.

Can AI agents actually run a business?

Parts of it, yes. I use OpenClaw to handle shift scheduling, compliance docs, sales reports, and supplier ordering for my family's tea business. The guide documents exactly how.

Do I need to be technical to use OpenClaw?

No. If you can describe your workflow in plain language, an agent can learn to handle it. The guide walks you through the process step by step.
